Scotland's Human Rights Bill
The Scottish Government has now committed to introducing a new Human Rights Bill for Scotland. This would usher in a transformative change in Scotland and ensure that we have all of our Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in Law. The Consultation for this bill was published on June 15th 2023 and will be open for 16 weeks.
