Scotland’s next Child Poverty Delivery Plan: Rural and Island Scotland
4 June @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The Scottish Government are developing Scotland’s next Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan which is due for publication next year. With the latest data showing that Scotland is not on track to meet our 2030 child poverty targets, this plan is of critical importance in shaping our approach.
This seminar is an opportunity to consider the needs of rural and island communities in Scotland and how a rural lens can be applied to the next plan. We will hear from expert speakers and you will have the opportunity to share your own thoughts on the steps that should be taken by the Scottish Government.
The event will be on Wednesday the 4th June online from 2pm-4pm.
