Jimmy is the CEO at FARE Scotland where he has worked since 2003. He is passionate to reduce poverty and the symptoms, such as, unemployment, poor health and lack of community engagement which cause and effect poverty. Therefore Jimmy has worked for many years to encourage, support, enable and empower people to be connected to their communities, to act on their ideas, issues and interests.
