Beyond Four Walls: Participatory Research with Young People
The Poverty Alliance worked with Children in Scotland to undertake an exciting participatory youth research project exploring housing and communities funded by the Wheatley group. The project ran from June 2014 to June 2015 and involved a team of young researchers carrying out a piece of research looking at young people’s views and needs in housing. The project involved training and on-going support to carry out the research work. The project fed into development plans at the Wheatley group as well as wider anti-poverty work at both a local and national level.
The report from the project contains detailed findings covering a wide range of housing and community issues. To download the full report click here.
