Sharon Baldwin
Sharon has worked in the third sector for around 20 years in both voluntary appointments as a trustee or director and in paid roles which have included Youth Employability, Youth Engagement, Social Enterprise Advisory role, Community Development and Business Development. Sharon’s passion for the sector, led her to leave the private sector to do something that felt more fulfilling.
Sharon works at Fuse Youth Café in the capacity of Business Development Manager where she leads on the income generation activities, ensuring they also fit with the aims and mission of the organisation. Day to day sees Sharon directly supporting the staff, leading on the strategic development of Fuse, including the continual review of processes and improvements.
Sharon thrives on working for a small but vibrant organisation and leading a team of hardworking staff and volunteers who are passionately committed to making lasting change in the community of Shettleston.
