Ellie is dedicated to achieving social justice, and leads the implementation of Marie Curie’s work on health inequalities and inequities in Scotland. She has a strong background in research, strategic policy development, public affairs, communications, and PR. Having worked for over five years at Marie Curie, the UK’s largest charitable provider of palliative and end of life care, Ellie has channelled her passion, values and expertise into advocating for and empowering the voices of terminally ill people, their families and carers to develop policies which promote social justice and deliver an equitable end of life experience for everyone in Scotland.
