The Poverty Alliance has been delivering Poverty Awareness Training to professionals in public services such as Social Work, Education and Health for about 12 Years. The training is open to all organisations, regardless of size or sector, but is particularly recommended for those organisations delivering services to people experiencing poverty. Poverty Awareness Training will help staff better understand the issue of poverty and how it effects the lives of individuals and their families. Improved understanding of poverty will enable staff to improve and tailor services more effectively to suit the needs of your clients.
