While there are lots of statistics available on poverty in
Scotland, the voices of people living in poverty are largely
missing from policy debates. This research, by Mhoraig Green
on behalf of a group of Scottish charities, aims to ensure
that the voices of people living in poverty are heard as policies
to tackle poverty and disadvantage in Scotland are developed. |

Researched and compiled by the Moray Against Poverty Network
this report is a genuine recording of different groups and
individuals who are experiencing poverty, voicing their problems,
their hopes and their needs. 'Voices from the Edge' provides
a clear indication of the complexity of Poverty and how this
impacts throughout Moray. The Moray Against Poverty Network
feel this is an important document for any agency working
in Moray and essential for agencies working with a Social
Inclusion Remit. |
